- installation of 10 cabinets with GMS and relay protection equipment
- installation of 14 cabinets with analog-to-digital converters at 110 kV
- implementation of innovative solutions "Digital Substation"
- conversion of measurement and primary processing of analog signals from measuring current transformers and transformer substations of the existing standby protections for 110 kV into digital signals in the protocol format
- SPI and subsequent transfer to communal utility meters on fiber-optic communication line
