- Development and approval of the External Power Supply Scheme, construction of 110 kV switchgear with a capacity of 2 x 100 MW, overhead 110 kV, construction of 10 kV switchgear (8 kt)
- Construction of a 35 MW power unit and its technological connection to the Irkutskenergo power networks.
